Pete Weber

Pete Weber is a professional actor that got his start doing improv with ComedySportz and then ComedyCity. His training there began with Jason Sudeikis before attending Second City under the instruction of Mick Nappier and T.J. Jagodowski. With a good base of Improv, he decided to take the learning curve back to school to develop as an actor. In 2007, Pete graduated from Avila University with a degree in Acting and began working the Kansas City scene. He also signed with Exposure Talent Agency and has been on camera for local and national ads and films ever since.

His true love is live performance and reviews have said, “Using magnificent comic timing and a deep sincerity, he mesmerized the audience with his performance” (Present Magazine), “his moving work, grounds the show” (The Pitch), “the glue in the production is provided by Weber…he makes it come to life” (Kansas City Star). It was after a performance of Murder By The Book at the American Heartland Theatre, when Mark Edelman approached him about joining 12th Street Jump. As Pete has always loved jazz, he jumped at the opportunity. Pun intended. Pete works off the mic as a the Director of Production for Theater League’s Broadway touring shows. Through work on shows like Jersey Boys, Les Miserables, and Wicked…his “theatrical beast within” is appeased.
